Two words: Go here Three words: Go here quickly A bunch of words: Go here quickly and get the most delicious Cajun food from this awesome bar and grill in Puyallup, Wa. I was visiting Puyallup recently and I wanted something different. Of course I searched Yelp and this bar & grill caught my eye. I was in New Orleans a month ago and had some of the most amazing Cajun food. I was wondering if this place could also cook up delicious Cajun cuisine. I checked out the pictures and most of the reviews were positive, so I decided to take a drive down the road. When I walked in I was greeted by an enthusiastic young man named Kyrin (forgive if I got that wrong). He offered some great recommendations and I opted for the jambalaya which had shrimp, andouille sausage, and clams. It tasted amazing. It had the perfect spice and the proteins were prepared well. It was a lot of food and. Had to save some for the next day. I was told that the blackened catfish was also very good. The blackened catfish was served over rice and sautéed spinach. It was so good and it was a lot of food. I may have the chance to visit Puyallup again and when I do I will absolutely dine at Bourbon Street Kitchen Bar & Grill

The food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the shrimp & grits and my husband had the gumbo. We also ordered a side of crawfish tails in garlic butter. For an appetizer, we had the stuffed mushrooms. I highly recommend everything that we ordered, especially the shrimp & grits. The service staff were very friendly. I think it was the owner who was walking around and making sure that people were taken care of and enjoying their experience. It was a little warm inside the restaurant because there is no AC, but we were seated next to a fan which kept us cool. They offer indoor and outdoor seating. I also ordered the one way trip cocktail which was delicious. We will be back! Yum.

I'll start by saying I'm very particular when it comes to Cajun/Southern food. I ordered the Cochon De Lait which should have been pork and grits. Instead, the plate I received was shrimp and grits. I thought about exchanging but the dish looked beautiful and smelled delicious. I'm glad I did not make a fuss. The shrimp were beautifully cooked in a red sauce that just thinking about has my mouth watering. Grits were cooked to perfection. My son had the Etouffeé and it too was delicious (almost as good as his mama's). Husband had the Gumbo, which was also very good. Make sure to check out the list of non-alcoholic beverages, you will not be disappointed, I truly enjoyed The Spa. This is a small grill & bar, quaint with many reminders of New Orleans. In fact, the bar was very reminiscent of NOLA. Service was good, it was busy so they were on their toes.

This was my first visit here and I will definitely be back! Our group started out with a hurricane, Smile Jamaica, A- Rob, the IPA on tap to drink & an order of roasted oysters. The oysters are VERY hot when they arrive at your table so definitely give them a moment to cool down. I had the crawfish etouffee and others in my party had the blackened catfish, jambalaya and the blackened ribeye. Everything was so delicious and the portions are all fairly large! Despite the steady flow of business, Tayler was attentive, friendly and our orders arrived quickly. She is knowledgeable about the menu items, easily answered all of our questions and totally read our minds that we had to end our meal with beignets. The beignets were so fluffy, warm and covered in powder sugar.

Came in on a Wednesday late afternoon. Very quiet and peaceful. Ambiance is very relaxed and open with the bay doors and sunshine coming in. Had the shrimp and grits, the jambalaya and beignets. Everything was absolutely delicious and I haven't had grits that good since visiting North Carolina. These guys are 1000% on point with the richness / depth of flavor and quality ingredients. Will definitely be back!

Just in town for a few days and this was my first choice for dinner. The ambience was amazing the service was incredible. The serve said he was a foodie and suggested the that anything on the menu was amazing! but the Crawish Étouffée on the From Nola with Love portion was his favorite. . I ordered this and the portion size was amazing! I also added the catfish to it. It was fried to perfection. My boss ordered the Gumbo this also was a large portion. Amazing food and great atmosphere. I will return for the crawfish mac n cheese

Lunch date with my Mr. He heard about this place from his colleagues. We arrived right before the rush seated with smiles. Menu has so a few choices that look yummy. We will be back to try other options. We sat in the bar. Plenty of parking. We were not disappointed with our selections.
